One more Nephew - One More Gworlekaju, One year Out

   Posted February 14, 2009

Several kids between the ages of 1 and 10 were converged at a home in Lawrenceville to celebrate the 1st year anniversary of Baby Will who truly looks "will" as clearly portrayed   by his sharp photos.

But this newest member of the Gworlekajus is no doubt, God's gift that has sought to enjoy every moment  LIFE has got to offer. He does not come from a rich family - He was not born with any silver spoon. But how different does he look from those impressions. Yes! we will certainly agree that the parents' appearances and looks will also depict  the most out of elegant and flamboyant lifestyles. Well, who will blame anyone for thinking that?

Baby Will, just like most kids of his time, does not care what the economic conditions are. He just wants to see people of different kinds with variety of voices, looks, conduct and attributes. He would rather not stir in the same two faces he has been stirring at for the last 12 months. That's what people need when they celebrate their birth anniversaries. Something new - something different and the feelings that come along.

But Baby Will has really not seen anything yet. He is an African-American with a large African family; most of whom are scattered in various parts of Liberia and the world. The big question is: When will he get to meet most of his relatives; uncles, cousins, aunts, grand parents (if not yet deceased)  and many more?   He will probably see them as time goes by. Not all of them will look exactly like the ones he  saw at his birthday gig in Lawrenceville, Georgia on Saturday, 14th February, 2009.    It has to be so because each year he gets one year older and begins to see things differently.

Baby Will's father is William Lomax Gworlekaju, a younger brother of this website's CEO. Lomax Sr. lives and works in Atlanta. He and Baby Will's mother, Felecia Kona Kanneh are engaged to be married later this year.

We wish them a successful wedding and Baby Will many more years to come!
